We will delete your information once your request has been processed.

We take the protection of information concerning you very seriously. Your data are therefore treated with the greatest care and scrupulously respecting the legislation applicable in the field of data protection. We have taken technical and organisational security measures in order to protect all of our websites from the risks associated with the processing of personal data. Our partners, who support us in the provision of this website, undertake to respect the same legal obligations.

You can consult all sections of our website to which access is not protected without revealing your identity. We systematically record each use of our website in order to remedy malfunctions and clarify security incidents. How do we treat your data (After-Sales Service, contact request, newsletter, cookies, etc.) ?

  • • Connection data

For technical reasons, each time that your web browser accesses our website, it automatically sends information to our web server, about connection data. We register some of this connection information in log files, notably:

The connection data do not contain personal data. They are analysed in order to remedy malfunctions of our web site or to clarify security incidents. We store this connection data for a period of fifty-two (52) weeks.

We remove these data once the fault is resolved or the security incident is fully clarified, or if the original purpose of processing no longer exists due to other factors. In the event of a security incident, we transmit the connection data to the authorities responsible for the investigation on a case by case basis, within the limits authorised.

We always keep the connection data separate from other data collected regarding the use of our website. However, the connection data and other data collected are stored on the same server.

  • Web analytics tool: Google Analytics

In order to carry out studies of markets and marketing, and to adapt our website, and possibly our newsletter, we use analytics cookies and/or JavaScript to collect and process the usage data concerning your visit to our website and your use of the links contained in the newsletter, if applicable. Your usage data are collected and a usage profile is generated from this data on the basis of a pseudonym, using a cookie identifier. Your usage data will be retained for thirty-eight (38) months from the date on which they were collected.

We use Google Analytics provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043 - USA ("Google") to collect usage data and generate usage profiles. We do not associate the resulting usage profile with your name or with any other information that may reveal your identity, such as your email address. The usage data is stored by the service used for a duration of thirty-eight (38) months from the date on which they were collected.

  • Sharing content on social networks

The content of our website can be shared on social networks by means of integrated buttons provided for this purpose. All the buttons in the social networks that facilitate the sharing of content are integrated using simple hyperlinks instead of social plugins developed by suppliers of social networks. This measure allows you to ensure that your data are not automatically transmitted to servers of social networks as soon as you visit our website. In addition, when you share the content of our website, we transmit to the social network only the information necessary to share the content concerned. We do not transfer any personal data in this context.

  • Reseller search using Google Maps

A feature which you can enjoy as a user of our website is a map indicating the location of partner resellers in your area. We use Google Maps to view this map. Google Maps is a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you want to display partner resellers in your area, you must specify a location either by entering your location manually or by letting the geolocation function on your internet browser automatically determine it. The personal data are not processed if you enter this information manually, provided that you do not specify the address of your home. We do not store your IP address in this context.

We are working with a number of service providers in order to implement and operate our website. We selected these service providers with care and concluded an agreement relating to the data protection with each of them in order to guarantee the security of your information.

The providers of services which we call upon to implement and operate our website are the following:
